Hi, Sherry! I think you should respond more to discussions. Your responses should also be "quality" discussions, meaning you have to expound on them and not just give one liners. How much we are being paid is dependent on how good our responses are. If you start new topics, you must be aware that you only earn if the discussion has at least 20 responses. So you have to think of interesting topics that would garner a lot of responses. Regarding referrals, it's true that it's not easy to get referrals. Nobody says it is. And even if you do get referrals, there is really no guarantee that they will be as active as you want them to be. I have 11 referrals, only 3 are active right now, and only 1 has over 100 posts. What I'm saying is that you can get referrals, but really, you should not be too dependent on them. Lastly and most importantly, try not to focus on how much or how little you're earning. A lot of us here reply to topics we are interested in. We are actually enjoying the interaction and the discussions. I try not to think about the earnings too much. It is when you enjoy yourself that other things start to fall into place -- you post more, you post more quality discussions, you think of interesting topics and nice pictures to post, and you can explain mylot with such passion that other people will be convinced to join under you. I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps you should spend more time responding. For three months you only posted 193 discussions. Apparently, we don't get paid starting a discussion but when someone replies then we earn a cent or two. So it depends on how many responses you get. I guess that you have already gotten some useful tips here. Try to do what they say. Good luck!

I think it is a great earning. What ? That confuse you ? Usually with less than 200 posting mylotians only get less thatn $2. That means that you always answer with good quality responses. But one thing you lack of is the minimum number of response you should post everyday. 3 months with 200 posts, it means that you only post 2 responses a day. While mylotians here usually post more than 6 response a day. Me myself post minimum 20 responses and 3 discussion everyday, so within 3 weeks I earned $10.
