For me personally when it comes to helping those that join the one program I actively promote I do a few different things.
Firstly we make arrangements so that I am contactable anytime both through my main email and I use Skpe so we can have live chats as sometimes it's easier to provide live help as they are doing something than doing it via email.
I also set up a blog that provides both any updates on the program as well as more details on the steps I've taken if I feel the instruction site needs any further clarification etc.
And I moniter the forum - to both answer any questions my team member may have as well as any that may come from others etc.
I've discovered that I really enjoy being able to pass on anything I've learnt - not only because it helps others, but by being able to explain things etc I find it gives me a better understanding of things.

LOL no not really :-) as I said I really only promote one program, and because I truly believe it will help others I'm more than happy to spend any time needed with them to make sure they understand things, so basically I limit myself to only a few new members at a time, then make sure they understand things properly so they in turn can go on and help others. Unlike a lot of other programs etc what I do isn't reliant on having a huge downline either so it's not necessary for me to go out and try and recruit a lot of people.
