Is this ill-legal software?

I bought Adobe CS2 software package initially single user license. But than i wanted to use on some other systems so i bought a key generator on internet(through that key i can install the same software on other system as well). Now some of my colleauges think its ill-legal source and software is ill-legal. I dont agree i made additional payment for that key generator. What do u think ?
