How will they make a Saw 4 without Jigsaw being alive???

My guess as to how they are going to do the Saw 4 movie is... That Jigsaw is not actually the "Head" guy in charge, I think that Jigsaw was a person working under an even more insane and smart guy. Kind of like how Jigsaw had the girl working for him in the 3rd movie, I believe Jigsaw is under someone higher up's command! I want to know what everyone else thinks is going to happen! Who has the most creative and logical idea for the 4th movie!!!
