Do You Use Public Toilets???

I was just wondering how many people actually use public toilets. Would you actually sit on a toilet bowl that has been host to hundreds of bottoms? Afterwards, do you flush? By that I mean actually touching the flushing lever even though you don't know whether the person who flushed before you didn't perhaps get a bit of his "excretions" on his hands. What about the tap, doorknobs etc...
