While and Whilst

Is there any difference between those two? if yes, when do you use while and when do you use Whilst.

I don't think I've ever used 'whilst' in writing or in speaking.... but I do use 'while'.... maybe I'm using 'while' incorrectly? I'll be anxious to come back to this post to see what kind of answers you get!
