According to me Paypal is the best!!! I use it and Moneybookers too, but I prefer Paypal. One day I bought something but I never had my order: seller didn't respond to my emails and MP so I contacted Paypal, and after few days, it paid back. Moreover, when you want to transfer money from your Paypal account to your bank one, it is cheapest.

Yes paypal is legitimate. It's a very secure way of paying without having to share your credit card info with others. The only downside to me using it, when I transfer paypal funds to my bank account, it takes 3 to 5 days.
