How would you like to live in a house on a golf course?

My husband and I went to someone's house yesterday that lives on a golf course! It is like being on vacation all the time, the man said. The view was breath taking! Would you get too lax in your life? Would you become less productive?
I think that possibly would happen to me!

This sounds like a long time dream of mine. But I have given it up. I do not even have time to go to the golf course because of heavy work commitments. I have seen many lovely bungalows by the fringe of the golf course. They are beautiful.

I think if I had a choice, I would rather be on a lake. We live about 2 miles from a lake. I can see from my house that the sunsets are beautiful!
We are getting ready to build an inground pool in our backyard. That is going to be my spa like view when we get it done!

But do you love the view? I lived in the innercity for 8 years. WE just recently moved to the outskirts of town where we have 4 acres. The environment has an affect on one's state of mind. Don't you think?
