Did you ever wish you were young ones again?

...sometimes i wish i want to be young one again...but when i'm thinking bout my past..although i enjoyed my childhood, i don't have enough freedom when i was a child compare today.. at least i have the freedom in this age of 24... of course when we we're still a child, our parents trying to say "don't do this or dont do that".... i feel like i'm in a prison cell..but we are allowed to play games or such... but due to curiousity during our childhood we want to try some things that we are not sure what will be the result... but today i can do it now since i'm not already a child but a young adult...

Yes of course, i always do, specially when i was in pain, i just wished that my life was much simpler like when i was young, there were no problems, no complications, you dont have to deal with money because you dont know what it means yet and you dont care whether you need it or not- you just dont care about money! and i miss that when you were young the only problems that you have is like where to play... what to play... and who to play with. Now im old- my problem is im the one being played by a player- you know love problems and all... I do wish i could turn back time and be young again, less problems, less stress- and freedom from the turmoils of financial needs... =)

well, i always miss my childhood co'z its really simple and very enjoyable life... wish i could go back them.. its really nice to imagine those day.. u got no problems..just an easy going life.. not like right now.. so busy and and got lots of problems. hehehehe...

Thats true, when we are younger we used to think to be older but when we become we would think the other as pleasant life. I really miss my college life, I would like to return to my college days when we used to have a lot of fun. I miss my college days a lot.

Sometimes. But mostly if I could go back in time I would of wanted to do things a lot differently, I would like to think I would of made better choices.

its gud topic which u have posted i am going bak to my loving past for 2 mins.if god comes and ask me what is my wish i will ask him to give my childhood life back.its so loving life,playing with notty notty friends,small small fightings,playing with sand making small sand houses,drenching in rain,making silly reasons to bink school,participating in school functions.and so many to say.the main thing is the freedom luv care which i use to get from elders nad family.oh i miss all that precious minutes now..childhood stage is only the one stage where we have memorable moments which we bond for whole life.friends do share urs......tooo

Well the wishing is ok, but being not possible practically, you ahev to just sense the days with your eyes closed and taking you back to the childhood memories for a while. I would like to suggest you one thing about this memory part as you always should have an attitude to make your today happier possible instead of thinking about your past or future. Because this habit makes you upset as well as distracts you from your present day. Life is like this and enjoy it as far as possible that's all without any blames and claims or complains.

I have never wished to be young again , maybe to look a little more like I did when I was younger , like before my body had all the marks of childbirth . I hated being a child and couldn't wait to grow up and heard all my life , you'll wish you were younger when you get older , but this has never happened . I wouldn't trade what I have today for what I had back then for anything . My life is much happier now in the sense that I love being a parent and trying to be a good parent and would not want to have to live by the rules that children have to live by and all the peer pressure that goes along with it .

Oh, so do I. If I could turn back time, I will bring it back to the 50's and 60's when the environment was still very friendly and my country is still very rich and had no loans from other countries weighing her down economically. I was very much a child then, and all I know was that life was so easy to carry on, no major problems whatsoever, except those times when I hear my parents will be travelling somewhere far away to attend to some conference of sorts. I could say that we had a very happy and sheltered childhood, and I loved everything about it.

When I was in high school, I was looking for the brighter days ahead. I thought it will be fun to be independent, earning my own keep, working. I never thought of getting married at all. It was kind of better to be having a life alone. Never did it ever crossed my mind that the world will turn out to be very different after 20 years. The environment, being abused, started giving out crying signs for help, but was hardly heard. The people all over the world multiplied in leaps and bounds and all of a sudden life on earth became a struggle. Some kind of war on a daily basis which everyone will have to go through is taking place. Yes, now how I wish we are in the 60's again.

I see that happen a lot :) Personally I think my parents where great in teaching me how to enjoy each stage without worrying much about what was coming later.True, I had my phases where I thought it would be really cool to grow up faster, but mostly I really enjoyed each step of my life. I left when I was ready and accepted my responsibilities because I was ready. Sure I have had days where I thought things would be less complicated if I was back in childhood, but I don't really think I would like to go back. Even now, when things are quite hard for me. I will learn from this and will enjoy it sometime - or not :)

When I was a freshman, I had a paper on what would I be 10 years from that time. I remember I saw that same paper just recently and asked myself, "Did I get my predictions right?" Some of it did come true, some didn't. Anyway, right now I'm working hard to meet expectations and to pay bills. As I saw that same paper, I was also wishing how would it be fun to be young again. Not worrying to much about deadlines, bills, bosses, and all work related stuff. But of course, I never regret what I have right now. But yes, it would be fun to be young again...

Having had a comfortable childhood, yes, I wish I were young again but not so I can live with simplicity but so I can change some things. Like that song, "I wish, that, I knew what i know now, when I was younger..." I feel like it would make life easier now because I would understood the repercussions of my decisions and actions. It's feels much more positive and relaxing to just sit and reflect on the simplicity of childhood rather than reflecting on what I would change and wish I would have done...A happy thought indeed!

well I never wished of being younger once again but fell sometimes that if i would be younger i could do this if I tell you where you people will laugh so please dont ask me for saying it

i am running 40. have you any method to be young once again. please advise.

ohh i do wish to be young again.. to play all day with no worries, no problems, no hearthaches.. then when i was in high school we cant go out of school bcoz the school our is not over yet.. now in college you can go out anytime you want thats why i have many absences.. i miss high school, elemntry days.. the innocence..playing in the rain.. hay.. hehehe

If genie give me 3 free wishes,i will definately wish to be a kid again.Lol.I miss those day when i young.All innocent and just having fun.Unline now i have a lot of things to be worried about.Too bad peter pan don't exist if he is i will follow him!! Lol

yes, every time when I have lots of work to do in the house..I wish that I was a kid so that my parents will not told me to do the household choires..

Of course yes, i wish to be a kid again, because they do what they want, they always playing, chatting with other kids, and its like they dont have problem to think in mind.
