I've always considered my greatest strength to be my morality, I try to live my life by a strict moral code (which I suppose was probably brought about by being brought up in a religious hosuehold) and try to do the "right" thing at all times. It is also my greatest weakness however, as I find myself holding others to very high standards, perhaps higher than I should, and occasionally become rather judgmental of others actions.

Hi successcmc, Good thought provoking question.
I think my greatest strength is patience. A lot of things make up my patience though. It has a lot to do with the things I believe in.
My weakness, unfortunately is having that patience tested.
At first glance it sounds like an oxymoron, but it's not. The trying of my patience only makes it stronger.
Wonder why that is?

I think my greatest strength is my compassion for other people although at times this can also be a weakness. I would say my greatest weakness is not being able to tell when others are lieing to me.

I think my greates strength is I am a good listener - a person people turn to with worries and problems. My greatest weakness is I may get very very mad at times. This happens if people treat me unfairly or with no respect, or accuse me of lying. I really need to work on my anger. Sometimes i get so mad I do not remember what I've said and done. I find that quite scary.

I would guess my strength is to be able to see the funny side in the worst situation, being able to laugh at adversity. My weakness I think is the fact that I cannot seem to say *no* when people ask me for things.

I think my greatest strength is humility in dealing with people. If you put yourself in their shoes it makes it easier to have this strength. My greatest weakness is food.

I think my greatest strength is problem solving. I am almost always able to "think outside the box", and find a way to resolve whatever conflict life throws my way. Whether that is tweaking my budget to make room for something we need but can't afford, or if it's figuring out how to stretch a meal for 3 into a meal for 6 because my son & his family showed up unexpectedly at dinner time. Creative thinking, and being willing to be flexible seem to me to be the secret to being satisfied & happy with my life.
My weakness without a doubt is patience. I have patience with my children. But I lack patience with life in general. When I have decided what I want, and figured out how I can have it, I'd like to have it yesterday. Waiting for something I know is right for me, or for something I deem I *need* is just awful for me. And I am not patient with adults. If a friend tells me a problem and I show them an answer, I get frustrated if they don't follow my advice. Why did they ask for it, if they're not going to implement it? If they want to continue to talk to me about the problem, long after I have suggested what should fix it; I often just don't want to hear it.
