OK, I'll bite... Try this one...
According to Einstiens theory with the speed of light being the one standard of universe, if you are travelling close to the speed of light, you are actually shorter, (in the direction of your travel), and if you turn on a flash light, then from your relative point of view the light is actually traveling away from you at the speed of light, but it is not gonig any faster than you would be if you were traveling at the speed of light. In other words, if you had a mile marker, it would be shortened so that in one second it would take 183000 of them to measure the distance the flash light travels in one second.
Based on this theory, we think the universe is just vastly huge, but if God actually created the universe in a snall sphere, (small in relation to Him), he could spin this sphere at near the speed of light so that in essence the surface could be 1 billionth the size we perceive the universe to actually be, but in relation to us due to our speed already it seems much larger. Could this be?

Actually... it was only a few weeks ago that I read an article on the Internet (and I wish I could find it again)... where they had finally managed to take a picture of the whole Universe for the first time. It was an infra-red picture... and it was posted with the article.
This was very interesting... because it put an end to the idea that the Universe has no ending... and it back up the Big Bang theory.
Knowing this... the next question is... is our Universe the only one out there...

Your question is quite confusing as it seem that you are confusing the size of the Universe with the time it take us to see it.
I am also not convince that the light of the torch would travel faster than me if I was travelling at the speed of light. As nothing can go faster than the speed of light... and the torch... and its light are already travelling with me at the speed of light.
I know what you thinking. When you turn a torch on... the light run away from you. But you are standing still when you turn it on. Big difference.
From the picture I have seen... the Universe is not a sphere. More like a rectangle really. And if it is expanding... I cannot see how it could be spinning. As it is the spinning which create gravity to prevent things to escape.
I'll let you know if I find that article.

Hey Aussie, Yeah it's too bad you can't remember where the site was, I would have enjoyed checking that one out. As for as are there other universes out there? Nah, I doubt it. There could be, but I think God only created one, (Laughing).
You did give a good response, however the answer stil remains, could the universe actualy be much smaller, by travelling near the speed of light.

I have heard of Jesus... but I don't know him personally.
I have a very close relationship with an angel who has always looked after me. We call them guardian angels.
