IVe been with my hubby for 9 years now and are relationship is getting better and better everyday. We talk about feeling, and thoughs and go to counclelling to learn how to communicate better. He will be there forever and I want to let him.

This is why I don't understand people that don't want to date someone that is their friend. Or "ruin the friendship" because after you're used to one another you want a friend that you can trust, talk to, love and are attracted to to be left at the very least. I think this 12-18 months being over might be what someone means when they say "The new wore off".
