Getting the hang of MyLot

I've only been here for quite a few days and at first I was out to find out why my neighbor (whose nickname he wont divulge so I myself cant even guess it) seems to be so into this thing. I now know the reason for that. I've not really been "moving" much in here but my earnings are. I just like to react to some discussions and its something fun for me to do coz I like to write and its great to see that I'm being paid for doing something fun. Right now, I still find MyLot a lil bit complicated than all the other sites that I'm a member of maybe coz the "interests" page kind of overwhelmed me. But I know I'll get the hang the of all fo it soon...hopefully. And I do hope to be able to add more friends and not keep getting lost on the pages (hehe).
I believe that there are people who are here for the earnings and I think thats wise doing something enjoyable and home-based and being paid for it. I also think MyLot would be heaps a better place for everyone if we'd all help one another make their lives a little better by being active citizens of MyLot and supporting one another. What a wonderfully fun way to promote unity, right? And its even more amazing that we can do it even without seeing one another or being in the same places. Cool huh?

I think it can be kind of addicting*L* I love it here. I do tend to find myself reading and reading and forgetting to post at times which of course is not good on the income part. I find that some of the things I wouldn't have a really good answer to but love reading the first post and the other answers they get. I love MyLot and am really excited I found it. I agree that we should support each other. I have learned a lot about people I don't even know by reading their posts and responses. I hope you enjoy all of this as much as I do. Have a great day!

Addicting... I know hehe... Thank you for the remarks! Durign the first days, I just just kinda into reading also becuase my internet connection was pretty slow then. It's hard to post comments and everything when the connection's slow. Im expecting to get addicted to this pretty soon too hehe. Happy posting! And again, thanks for the comment! Mylot is a great way to make money if you have the time and I'm talking to a very diverse selection of people which is interesting. I don't find the site that complicated and don't let the interests sections daunt you it's a great way to find discussions to participate in that interest you. Once you get used to the system it's easy to find your way around just keep posting.

Welcome to myLot first. And I am happy you sent a request also for friend. I'll add you in a bit. I joined for my daughters sake at first. Now that I've been here actually writing etc I'm having a blast. It's fun meeting people with the same type of interests. I especially love reading about a lot of other countries cultures. So have fun here & hope to see your responses on my topics soon.

Very well said, fkcplamencks...such a difficult name for me to type. kidding aside, as you move on from one topic to another, you'll be amazed by the knowledge you'll acquired here. Helps stimulate your brain sensory and you'll realized that you will learn how to be more creative in posting your discussion. Surf around and make friends, check on their interests, partake in their discussions, rate them according to what you think is the right rating for them, mark best response if you think the response is unique or to your liking. Your right this is a great way to make friends and earn some money. I guess your neighbor won't tell you his nickname so he won't have to be worrying when he posts in case he tells all his secrets and then you would know. It is a bit overwhelming as you say there are so much on the site. But it is good fun and the more active you are the m ore you will earn. Have fun.
