Associated Content, Triond etc... I have questions, please help?

With these companies, can you post the same article to more than one of them? Or are you only allowed to post it to one?
I'm just starting out, trying to develop my writing, and am rather confused.
Please help!
Also, if you know of other sites than the two above, feel free to let me know about them too.

With Helium I think you give up you republishing rights. With AC you can choose to have the article used exclusively or non-exclusively and AC pays more fo exclusive content.
I suggest you take one concept and write 3 different articles by editing. What I do is write a very light article for Helium, then I expand it for AC and alter the approach. To make sure that it is not the same exact article. This way I save time.

I think you can still republish once you hand your article over to Helium. I've maneuvered my articles around through three websites and never got a complaint about it.
But if you're in AC and you're worried about it, check it as non-exclusive if you plan on publishing it elsewhere.

With AC you can post it as non-exclusive which will then give you the rights to sell it elsewhere. I haven't dealt with Triond though, sorry.
