Do anyone can give me the recipe of ''tong yuen''?

" Tong Yuen " as it called in cantonese or " Tang Yuen " as in mandarin. It is a chinese dessert. Sweet syrup with balls in with, the balls is made from some kind of flour. Anyone can give the recipe? I am really interested in trying it.
