After my twins were born I KNEW I wasn't up for another pregnancy EVER.
I searched high and low but managed to finally find a doctor to do a tubal ligation. I had to look so hard because I was all of 21 when I made this decision and doctors are reluctant to take you seriously when you are that young.
To convince that last doctor I went in armed with all the medical jargon and talks about the procedure with alot of knowledge so he couldn't argue. I also gave him the names of the doctors who had turned me down.
It was the best move of my life. I never worried about pregnancy again.

yes i do agree..i already have a 2yr old daughter..and i'm scared of being pregnant again..i'm a single mom, but i have a bf who is far from me, and he wanted to have a baby boy when were married and i'm scared of thinking that, maybe because of the pain that i felt while i'm on labor..it's so scary and that time i promise to my self that i dont want to be pregnant again..but maybe, if the right time will come, surely i will be ready for that time..

I have had three children via c-section. I can tell you in my case the first one was the worst. The recovery was much quicker and less painful after babies 2 & 3. It takes a while for your body to completely recover after pregnancy, especially when you have a c-section. Give yourself a little longer to build your strength back up and it wont seem so scary. Good luck in whatever you decide.

no i wasn't scared! i never had a c-section but my first delivery took about twelve hours! the last four hours i had contractions but the pushing ones and i wasn't allowed to do that! after my daughter was born o forgot the pain, and when the second one came o yeah i remebered how it felt!
when i look at my kids i think the pain was worth it!

Usually it is like that when you have complications during your first pregnancy. But not all pregnancy are alike...so who knows the next one will be much better. As long as you have a good birth control then probably you will not get pregnant unless you want it to.

i had my daughter and my son by c-section.I had my daughter when i was only 15 yrs old.And to top it off the doctor i had was a rookie and he didnt tell me.I was the first c-section he ever did and boy did he mess up!!!After a week of having my daughter i was in the hospital dying from a 20 pound infection in my stomach. That was the worst pain i have ever had and i never want to go throught that agin. All i remember is them telling my dad i was going to die,he starts screaming...they rip open my cut to drain the infection and i pass out.Well after that my doctor said if i ever had another kid 1-it would have to be another c-section and 2-i would have a chance of dying.Well 6 yrs later i get pregnant with my son.My doctor recommended an abortion bcuz of the risks.I didint do it.I had my baby and i was fine...Thats my story :)
