i was talking with a girl for past 4 years.she was thinking me as a brother. but before some days i was not able to control my feelings. i touched her breast. she is feeling guilty. i openly asked her to show that to me. she is not at all aggreing. what to do in this case

Leave the woman alone. You could not control yourself? What are you 4? Any adult can control themselves enough not to touch another human being. If you can't you need to get some serious counseling to find out why. You also need counseling to find out why you think the girl is wrong for not showing you her private body part. It is not yours to see. Got it?
