I have, in the past, smoked pot and didn't find it particularly bad or wrong. As a painkiller it works well and as stress relief too. Like anything else, moderation is the keyword, too much of it is wrong.

I use to think it was ok. Then I started trying other things. It wasn't long smoking it turned into an all day affair. For me it is not ok. No one else is talking about this. It Illegal. What happens when you get caught with it. Life does not have to be that way. As far as I am concerned stay away from it. Far away.

I think that if you are a single person with nobody else to consider it is one thing. But if you are in a relationship and have children to consider it is an entirely different thing. I am speaking from personal experience. Not me, my husband. He has a problem with pot. He holds down a job and functions to a degree, but he is moody, and irritable, tends to be a bit paranoid, and just generally depressed most of the time. He doesnt just use it once a day or once a week to unwind. He uses it 3 or 4 times a day. And to me, that isn't ok. Especially since we have a small child. I feel he is only concerned with what makes him happy and not with the well being of his family. I wont let my son in a car with him, I wont leave him alone with him for that matter. Which is really sad. He is his father, there shouldnt be rules in place like that. But I am not going to risk my childs well being by leaving him in the hands of someone who is so stoned out of their mind most of the time that simple things seem complex to him. I think if the person is responsible about it and uses maybe a couple times a week if that to unwind then it is one thing, but if someone uses it constantly and is always looking forward to their next buzz, then they have a problem.

well, I would think that if it is illegal to do so then it is wrong... other issues aside. I also find it wrong for a different reason... I think that it cheats charity.
