counting breath

did you ever count your breath?? how much is it in a minute??

well let me think... it depends on the person and what they are doing when they counted their breath..so this isn't so exact ..i don't know.. let's estimate..about 25 yeah..one per 2-3 seconds or even less.. what do you think s it write..!!! (if icount my breath..i change it....i don't know why..becuase i'm thinking about it..you know breath is something that you decide to do..and even something that your body does by itself...;) bye.. is it right?

:) thanks buddy, i post this because i just want to show that there is something important in our life that we don't pay attention but it's really important to us. i take breath as an example. imagine if we stop breathing..... btw thanks for the respons.
