Christiano Ronaldo or Rooney ?

ronaldo is not showing off thta much this season anymore. but i would say ronaldo. rooney hasn't been scoring, which is actually his job scope. ronaldo did his part in delivering shots as a midfielder

I like seeing them on the field at the same time. Each has his own specialty. Rooney has the great power to shoot even from the centre of the field. He bulldozes his way through defenders and many times he is blocked and falls off, and many times still he might get up. For Cristiano, he dances his way through a wall of defenders, leaving them dazzled. These two are great players and a wonder to watch, for real!

I think you are right when you say that both are great players. That is all the more reason why we cannot compare the two. While Ronaldo's game is based on trickery and quick feet, Rooney's game is based on the driving force and determination that he brings with him. That is why Sir Alex has invested in these two youth with the future of Man U. So in my eyes both are unique, but in the current form Ronaldo is more effective, but that does not make him a better player than Rooney. Cheers! Ram
