I don't really understand the question but you did spell "century" wrong which ironically illustrates the question. And this question is incredibly vague, do you mean globally, and define "educated" because different cultures and customs have different education. Schooling is for more developed countries whereas undeveloped countries often learn what's important as hunting and their own customs.
