How to get thicker voice?

i am 23, but my voice is very child like and very thin. how can i make my voice little more thicker and heavy.

Ignoring dangerous surgical operations, there's nothing much you can do. But try to sign up for a singing class. And then practise reaching the low notes. Then you can selectively choose to "adopt" that lower timbre voice you prefer. ;-)
