it is pizza harmful to one's health?

tell me what you think about fast food? it is being over consumed? how about you? do u eat a lot of fast food?

i don't compare pizza to fast food... like hamburgers, or hot dogs... Pizza is an Italian food and i love it! i don't use to eat hamburgers even bcause i don't eat meat... BUT I LOVE PIZZAAAA! : D

Of course pizza is harmful to health. Take my example, I feel very sick if I do not eat at least one pizza every week. Lack of pizza is a very dangerous thing, be aware of it.

It is fattening, but in truth, it is very healthy. It is loaded with protein and carbs. I eat a lot of it, a few times a week. It is number one world wide of foods, so it is being made constantly for everyone. Why remove a good thing.

it's really harmful to your health if you keep on eating FASTFOODS or the commonly FATFOODS . . . we don't have any control on what's be the ingredients or the condiments loaded into their preparation rather than our own homemade dishes that we can adjust or use minimal fats in it. just go for fastfoods on accasional basis only .

Pizza (in my humble opinion) is probably the healthiest 'fast food' because it covers all the food groups!

Pizza actually is healthy and nutricious. I don't count pizza as fast food. I love fast food as in fried chicken, burgers, fries, etc. and I don't care how much it's being consumed. I am trying to cut down on it though. But I do love to eat it a lot.

my sister says pizza is actually a well balanced meal. it has everything, veggies, fruits, breads, meat, dairy..hehe...i love her reasoning. pizza wouldn't really be considered that much fast food....well, in my eyes its not since it takes 45min to deliver anyway. but all things in moderation are okay for someone. if you were to eat fast food like burgers and everything every day without other diets or exersize, of course it would effect your health. but complaining about the food offered at fast food places is just plain stupid. if you want to eat healthy, go do a healthier place like subway don't shove a burger and fries down your throut. you decide how YOU want to eat and you can't blame it on anyone else. like people blaming fast food for their kids being overweight...they should more blame themselves for letting their child eat there and probably not setting a good enough example. if they've started eating healthy from when the children were young, they would want to eat healthy as well. me personally. we eat fast food like mcdonalds like once a week, sometimes twice. but for only 1 meal of the day. mostly because my kids like the toys and the times we get it we're normally out and going to a sit down resturant is out of the question with 2 little ones. and i get pizza delivered like maybe once a month or every few months. depending on how much money we have at the time and if we have any food in the house.

We eat a lot of pizza at our house. But a lot of it is homemade with a wheat crust and lowfat cheese. I don't think it's really all that unhealthy. As far as eating out goes, we tend to eat fast food once every two-three weeks. We eat out at least once a week, but a lot of times we go to a real restaurant and eat a balanced meal. I think there are a lot of people that eat too much fast food, though.

Anything in moderation is ok, but too much junk food of any type can be very bad for your health. I try to avoid eating junk food and prefer to keep it as a treat now and again rather than eat junk food too often.
