Did Anyone Get Paid From ChaCha Yet?

Any chacha guides get paid yet? I am frustrated with ChaCha. I faxed the document witht the voided check they needed for the direct deposit, so they can verify me and get paid before the 15th and you know what? I've been expecting the payment for about 2 weeks and when I contacted them about it, they said they never received the fax! When I replied to them, I told them the date I faxed it and my name. They sent me another email saying they never received the fax and when they receive the fax, they will process the payment on the next pay date. I know the fax went through the first time because the fax verified. Now I have to pay for another fax to be sent. ChaCha needs some organization skills. Is anybody here as frustrated as me because they haven't been paid yet?

I wasn't comfortable with the thought of having money direct deposited. So I signed up for the debit card instead. I can withdraw the money I've made instantly at any time that I want, rather than having to wait for a "pay day". I haven't had any problems with this method so far and it's been very convenient to go this route. If you haven't gotten your direct deposit issues straightened out yet, you should think about the debit card. Good luck!!

For the debit card, where do I apply for the bank of indiana? Isn't there a fee though? That's why I chose direct deposit because there's no fee.

There is a $2 fee each time you choose to get paid. I preferred to pay the fee rather than give out my personal bank account information. But I've found the debit card to be an easy and convenient way to get paid when I want to get paid.

A voided check? Now I KNOW I am not going to work for them. First they want you to work for free while being trained, then they want a voided check? OMG! I am so glad I found this out now!

It is very common for a company to use a vioded check when setting up a direct deposit. Every place I have worked has done so, the same with my husband. If the check is voided they cannot do anything with it.

I also had to go with the ChaCha Debit card...and It took me longer then I wished to get my account open with First Internet Bank, but I use it regularly and yes ChaCha does pay once you get past all the set up trouble...I was desperate for a job when I joined otherwise I would have been to skeptical but now I am very glad I did, its worth all the trouble. So you might want to give the debit card a shot before ya give up and hopefully it works out for ya!
