What do you think the real differences between men and women are?

Excluding the obvious physical differences, how much do you think men and women differ in the way they think? How much of this do you think is an actual difference and how much of it is caused by social conditioning? It would be interesting to hear from people from a variety of different cultures to see how views differ.
