Spinach Casserole

A long time ago I use to have a recipe for a Spinach Casserole that even my kids loved. It was on the back of the spinach bag. But, I have lost it. I've tried all the cooking sites and even wrote the spinach company and can't find it. The best I can remember it had fresh spinach, bacon, mushrooms, onions, chopped boil eggs and I can't remember what else. Would any one have a recipe with these ingredients?
