I have a sick cat

My cat is about 7 years old spayed tabby that has been ver lathargic , not grooming,not eating, socialize and when we were petting her we found several small bumps or pimples in her fur that seem to be spreading. She hasnt been outdoors and she lives wqith 5 other cats and none of them seem to be showing any similar signs. Can anyone help me out

i agree get her to the vet, her kidney may be shutting down and she needs to get rehydrated through and IV . It could be a flu, mights and many other things.
