My new church is great and it's open to a variety of christians. It doesn't specify any type of form of christianity or single people out. I love it so much, it's a very nice Church and has hundreds of members. It's like a multi-million dollar church and theres seperate sections for the kids with bands in some rooms & it's just like Disney World.
Anyways, the church has no bibles in it or pews or anything like that. They have a really cool fountain on the inside where they do baptisms and stuff like that. It makes me uncomfortable, but it's so much freeier and funner. It's modern I suppose.

Well personally, liek waht you have said, maybe your church is modernized? you know they cater to the "current" needs of the society so as to reach them easily. Anyway i dont really see anything wrong with not having crosses or bibles, whats important is how they teach you- you also have to be observant and keen with what that church is teaching you, can i just ask when they preach, do you feel like they are drawing you from the word of God or is their teachings far from christianity, does their teaching involve hurting others- physically, mentally, emotionally? do they draw you far from goodness? because something so beautiful can be too good to be true and sometimes, i dont mean to judge the church, it does sound like a nice church to go to- just be careful. Were only humans and we tend to be blinded by the shimmer and all- may i suggest that you heed your intuition... and if you think your gut is telling you that what's happening in that church is opposing your morals then you know what to do...
Goodluck and take care...

They do have a class about what the church is, but I don't have the time to attend it. I think that I will go to it, but I wouldn't have like a baby baptized in it. I would go to a traditional church for a baptism. Other than that I don't really see a problem with it.
