racist callers

how would you feel if you are doing your very best in handling calls and giving them the best customer service we can provide but by just the accent is a bit different they will just drop the call or call you names...much worse they will say i dont need filipinos or indians!!!rude huh??

Yes, that is very rude of those people to react that way!! Just remember that they are the ones who are ignorant, not you! I'm sorry you've had to deal with those racist idiots! Keep doing your job to the best of your ability and never mind those bad people, because for every one of them there are at least two more people who are good and kind and not racist!

I get mad sometimes because I can't understand what the other person is saying but I'm never rude to them. I understand that it's their job and they are just doing it to earn a living. But I do get mad.
