3 men want to buy a TV. One of the men sees a TV in a shop for $30. The 3 men give a friend $10 each and the friend goes to the shop to buy the TV. He finds the TV has neen reduced in price, to $25. He buys the TV. He decides to give the 3 mant the TV and keep the $5 change. However he feels guilty so as he hands the TV over to his 3 friends he says, "chaps good news the TV was reduced so I can give each of you $1 back, he keeps the $2 of the $5 change he had.
So, the 3 men each paid $9 for the TV ($10 - $1). 3 men multiplied by $9 is $27 in any language. The friend has $2 in his pocket, he had $5 from the change he gave each of the 3 men back $1 leaving the $2 in his pocket. So, 3 men pay $27 and the friend has $2 in his pocket, 2 plus 27 = 29, the question is what happened to the other dollar? 3*9=27+2=29

That is a good one ... I had to think it over for like 10 min LOL
Thank you it reminded me of school !!!
The thing is that each of the 3 men did not pay $9 but $9.33 because the 4th person kept 2 dollars and not 1 ...
It is kinda hard to explain but it does make sense in my mind LOL
thanks again for the brain sport ....
