is a terror. As soon as he gets around me he starts bouncing off the walls, being loud and rude, and purposely doing things to irritate others. If I leave the house and leave him with his step-dad, he is fine. So why is he only like this around me? And before anyone says he doesn't have ADHD, he does. I have gone to every doctors, psychiatrist and psychologist appointment with him. I have listened to all the doctors. He is the real thing with ADHD. But he has good meds management.
Does he feed off of me, like I have a negative vibe or something?

There is a good behavioral program in the book Unraveling the ADD/ADHD Fiasco by Dr. David B. Stein. We used this program with our son before I became Dr. Stein's web manager. Check out his website, there's lots of free info:
