What is the best camera to use DSLR, SLR or Medium Format...? Film or Digital???

As the technology of photography are very fast now adays, can someone tells me what kind of format are better to used Film or Digital? What kind of thing to be considered in buying a digital camera?

Every format has its purpose. Film has more latitude than digital. Digital save you time when you need a digital copy of the photograph. Whichever format that will serve best to your intended purpose, make use of it.

It's kind of a preference thing too, as one doesn't exactly just pop out on top as being the absolute best.
I have a film SLR, but I want to get a DSLR so that I can take more pictures (I'm always afraid with film because I know I hate throwing out prints so I don't want to keep a bunch of photos forever).
I know some people who use medium format and say that's the best, but there are some expensive digital cameras that are similar too.

A digital SLR should do good.I have an SLR with me.Its pretty good.Getting a macro lens is one of the best things you can do.I'm planning to get one soon.
