I heard that if u work at PC for a long time ur eye will be damaged. Is it right? I have an external glass over my Monitor. Will my eye damage? I m scared for it. Cuz i work on pc for 5/6 hours. Give me a suggestion pls.

Hi shawonalam! It's true. The computer can damage the eyes. In fact, I just went from my eye doctor and my eyeglasses got thicker by 50 grades. Imagine that. 50! Anyway, I did not say that to scare you. My optometrist told me that you need to have custom-made computer lenses in your eye glasses so that you will be able to counter the harmful effects of the computer. I suggest that you go to your optometrist and ask him or her what you can do. Hope this helps!
