I find tablet pc as a powerful, versatile solution for a mobile PC user who is always on the go...you can twist it and write on it with a stylus/ digital ink as if you are writing on a paper(for it offers some kind of handwriting recognition),you could also convert your handwriting to text, you could also record discussions/ audio notes, it also offers speech recognition (as you speak into the microphone, your words will appear as text in the input panel, pretty cool huh?! ^_^ it's easier than typing or writing your thoughts) and there are many many more things/ programs/ applications that a tablet pc offers that a notebook doesn't have..a notebook is also ok,its less expensive and practical, but if you're a person who have a lot of needs and who likes complicated things and stuff you opt to have a tablet pc..but if your just lookin for a simple, less complicated, less expensive mobile pc, a mobile pc that works and saves your files then a notebook would just be fine for you..but really it depends on what a person wants and needs and what he/she is looking for, for a mobile pc ^_^
