You want to buy a new pair of sneakers? Here are some tips to try new ones that can save you from injuries, great looks and give good support to your feet.
(1) Lace them up:- Skip styles with laces that start right behind toes. They squeeze the forefoot. Better choose shoes with laces that start behind the widest part of the foot.
(2) Read lables:- Fit and feel are the best measure gauge, but knowing the basic shoe type can help, motion control (sturdy arch to prevent inward foot rolling, best for big runners), stability (firm arch, fine for most people), and neutral cushioning (glexible arch for shock absorprion, best for high arches).
(3) Pay less:- Do not pau premium prices unless you want cool features or have special needs.
(4) Test-drice them:- Shop late in the day, when feet are at their biggest. But font just wear and stand there: On a noncarpeted surface, walk run or jump to judge shock absorption.

Some good tips for fit of shoes. New shoes often need to be broken in and with following the proper fit tips the break in period could go easier.
I don't worry about price when I find my shoes at the church rummage sales and thrift stores.
My tip in my case if you do this is to spray the interior with lysol or antiseptic herbal spray and let dry before wearing for any length of time.

Thank you dear for your tips and also thanks for liking my discussion. One thing more that we can do to get relief from sweaty and smelly feet is we can sprinkle any perfumed talc inside the shoes befor we wear them. It makes our feet less smelly.

Dear friend thanks for replying toi my discussion. When I say premium prices I mean the prices of the shoes which come with a brand name. The big brand names almost charege half the price of a shoe. If you look for a shoe with the same quality but without a big brand name or lesser brand name you can get sneakers at nearly half the price and good quality also.
