Like Kiwi bird of New Zealand, I am not nocturnal and most of the activities are during the day and I go for a sound sleep from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. like both night and day, because it is set by the nature and I find it convenient to adopt to it.

I am a night person, and prefer the night overall. I have almost all of my life worked the Swing shift like I do now. I am up until around 3 a.m. usually, and then I go to sleep.
