What's the youngest age?

What's the youngest age that you think a state should give people access to cars. Here, I've noticed a lot of accidents because teenagers don't seem to take cars seriously and there have been a string of deaths. I say no one should have access to a car before he/she is 18 or graduates high school. In other words, even a permit shouldn't happen till one turns 18. What do you all think?

Well Don't say like tht plz lol im 17 yrs old and i want to Drive and i like Drivin :)
ya we Drive Fast but we know when we suld Drive fast lol :-p
atleast i know when suld i drive fast when there is no one in the Road lol :-p
in Busy i Drive in 30 to 40 KMPH max ... :)

Ya ..,
18 yrs will be Good one i think after 18 yrs of age all want to start Drivin :)
but in some place 16 yrs U will get the PERMIT

18 years old and must be responsible enough to handle and avid the rules on driving and not just to run the car and be reckless.every one must know the limits and of driving..
