Is it beneficial to have atleast one female employee in the company

All of us (Males) more or less have natural attraction towards Females. As we know that history has proved that for years Females have been a great source of 'Inspiration' for Males. They are known for the Love, Patience, Careness, Inner Strength, Divine Power, Discipline and of course Beauty. So, Is it worth it to have Females as staff members. I strictly recommend their presence. As they inspire other employees (Male) to be Patient, Tidy, Punctual and Less Absenteism in the office.
