All of us (Males) more or less have natural attraction towards Females. As we know that history has proved that for years Females have been a great source of 'Inspiration' for Males. They are known for the Love and Affection, Patience, Careness, Inner Strength, Divine power, Discipline and of course Beauty (Nature's). So, is it worth it to have Females as staff members?
I strictly recommend their presence for they inspire co-employees (Males) to be Patient, Tidy, Punctual, Sincere and avoid Absenteism in the office.

I think every work needs at least one woman in it to keep all you boys working and organised and to be able to sort out everything men mess up. Men are rubbish workers. They take so long to do one thing and they need woman there doing three things at once and not complaining.

Yes ofcourse there should be atleast one female emplyee in the company as you said earlier, males attracted naturally by females, and the office environment will be like heaven if there is some special women in the office as a female employee but now a days as everyboy knows, female employees are harassed by male employees but this should have been stoppe and because of that i am only 50% agree with you.

i do agree with u to some extent. See, harassment is something related to unconditional approach. you are not a piece of cake. Now the world has experienced drastic changes in the corporate world, where women employees have played a vital role, and have come up with flying colours. They are at par with males.
