Does mylot members avtars attract you?

The avatars are handy in finding out your friends, because they stand out due to the amount of times that we see our friends discussions posted. They are instantly recogniseable due to the nature of the symbols that they use. Having real faces shown as the avatar can be confusing due to the amount of faces that you have to browse through but an image is instantly recogniseable.

Yes of course, I answer such topic whose avtar has his/her picture otherwise I do not. If a person is hiding identity then what we can expect from him/her. After seeing the avtar and topic I wish to respond, made comments.

Till date, I have not responded to any discussion by seeing the avtar of the person who posted it. But I always see the topic which am responding is of my interest. But I also know that there are people out there who respond to some discussions by getting attracted to the avtar like if there is a picture of girl in bikini as avtar, then most of the guys try to respond to their discussions and add them as friends.

No doubt some avtars are very attractive and attracts your attention, whenever you open the profile of that particular member. But for me Avtar cannot be reason for replying to a dicussion, for sending a request for 'friend'. I think crux of the discussion posted by a particular member is more important than avtars. If the discussion is of my interest, I surely feel like replying to it.

Of course "Yes"! Just like to be attracted by your avtar and make this response to your discussion. Avtar is just like the apperance of a person. Who dosn't like persons who having a handsome or beautiful face and attractive posture? But I'm regret that may be due to the unattractive of my avtar, I usually get very few response on my discussion. I may change it later. Do you have any suggestion how to get an attractive avtor?

I personally don't care for the avatars but I use one of myself my grndson and my dog. Other members avatars don't attract me to their page nor to be their friend. I go to interesting discussions in my friends list and the main page of mylot. The avatars don't mean a whole lot as anyone could put any picture they have access to. So I could put a beautiful woman clad in a skimpy bikini as my avatar iof I had that type of pic. Like the internet in general people aren't always what they represent. I am more attracted by the discussion they start and the discusisons that they comment on. The avtars have no appeal to me at all.
