i also had the same problem during my AIEEE exam. so i tried following:
1 don't waste ur time pretending that u r studying: either enjoy fully or study with concentration
2 keep strict targets and try ur best to reach that targets.
3 calculate how much time u study each day and try to beat ur record each n every day.
that helped me. hope u can get some help.

hi dude.dont worry about your attitude.can i tell you one thing your's attitude is as same as that of mine. Before getting a computer was an excellent student but after that i was not concentrating on studies.games, internet, cinemas in computer. But anyhow i completed my graduation and now am in U.S doing masters. Here i want to giv some advice to u.At present u may b happy while playing with ur computer.but think of ur future once.you hav to get settled in a very gud postion.otherwise no one will guv respect to u.after attaining a good position u may once again continue with ur computers.but now try to concentrate on studies u r in early stages.u hav to acheive a lot in the future dont try to spoil ur future.dont waste time on computer.anyway take care.i think u vil change.bye

Well, first of all, evaluate your life. Take note of all the things you're doing that aren't as important as studying.
That said, distance yourself from those distractions. Go to the library and study. It might also help if you bring along a friend who understands the material better than you, and can help you.
When the library is not an option, try somewhere else. If you have a friend studying for a test as well, go to their house and study...study groups are always more helpful (especially in college).
Finally, in case neither of those are options, do this: unplug your t.v., turn off your computer, and place your games out of sight. Find a comfortable place to study...but not on your bed. If you study lying down or on your bed, you risk getting tired, and it'll be more difficult to comprehend the material.
Don't study wherever there is a t.v, computer, or video game being played, and unless it's the quietest room in the house, don't study in the kitchen (you risk being distracted by the idea of food). Always keep a (healty) snack near you in case you get hungry, because an empty stomach is not good for a learning brain.
That's all I have to suggest. Good luck with your studies.
