Many people have not enough knowledge about balanced diet and importance about nutritional components needed by healthy body.Apart from that good habits,proper sleep,pease of mind,concentration,patience are good qualities one has to cultivate.Think positive and be optimistic.Good atittude is positive factor in growth and progress.healthy diet and exercise like yoga and pranayams will provide mental and physical health.

thanks for these helpful health reminders, kmdvmd... as for the nutrition, my mom always makes sure we get the proper nutrition since we were kids..and until now, she always reminds us to take our vitamins, especially me coz I sometimes forget my vitamins.. lol and yeah, I agree with you, proper and enough sleep really can bring you to good health and lesser health risks, same as the exercise. :P
