Have you ever had to work with a really difficult colleague.. a perfectionist of sorts?? Some one who does not mean to belittle you but just does not know how to put his points across?? I am pretty sensitive and he hurts me. He knows he does so. I guess he is trying to change but it does not help. I have begun to hate my work.. I don't feel motivated to do anything and take it to completion :(

Yes, i had the same experience and i learned that the reason why my colleague is like that is because she is insecure about me and tried to be defensive by annoying me. What i did was i quit my job. Some people's advice might be don't quit and face your problem meaning confront her but then since she is difficult talk to and a close minded person i think that it's hopeless to confront her. I realized that she had weakened my self esteem and i don't want that so i quit my job. It felt better!
