Do you grow yourself?

I've been thinking about buying a few seeds for quite some time now, and take a shot at growing a few plants see how the outcome would be under the quite limited conditions I got access to.
Has any of you guys had any experience with growing, and would perhaps like to share some thoughts and ideas sorrounding the process, that would be greatly appreciated :)

You're best bet...if you haven't got a lot of cash and you live somewhere that is moderately warm for about 3 months at least...just go and buy yourself a couple bags of weed. Pick out all of the gray seeds and go and plant them in the dirt. Skip the hydro and the lights. It's much too difficult to plant them inside. Find a safe spot where the weeds outside (not weed, but regular weeds) are at least up to your knees and there are trees and shelter from heavy winds and peering eyes. And plant those suckers. Give them room to grow and visit them daily.
