I know that this seems ... strange but I am telling the truth. Here is what happens to me every 2 weeks. I go to sleep and in the middle of the night i begin to wake up and than the process begins: when i try to open my eyes a terrible pain slashes me like a knife in my back and i struggle and the more i fight it the more it hurts me. I feel something like a presence that is holding me, and remember that all this time i am awake(i can hear the noise outside and my brother sleeping). What can i do in this situation, please remember that i am not lying and this thing happend to me like ten times in less than half of a year

It doesn't seem strange to me. Have you been to a doctor to get your back exzamined? How is the state of your mattress? Do you do work that causes strain on your back? I ask these questions wondering if it may be something physical. As for the presence and noises are you a beliver in the supernatural? If you have gotten your phyiscal state checked out is it posible that you have a spirit in your home. I belive that there are spirits that dwell with us. It is posible that something has happened in your home that is holding it there. Without knowing more its hard for me to say what you should do about the presence. I do sugest though that when this happens again that you don't strugle because from what you have said it seems to feed the pain. When the pain comes re close your eyes and take a slow breath in and as you do try to clear your mind and think of relaxing. As you breath out count 1 in your my mind still thinkiing of relaxing your body. Try this with three breaths then as you put yourself into a state of relaxation then slowly try and get up with your eyes closed. I would like to be able to help you further if you could provide a bit more info we can take it from there. I hope this will help you.

If the house is new then there may be a history of what was there before or in the area close by maybe do some investigation to find out some more info. if there has been any past happenings in the place you are. Has this happened before you lived in your present home? Please try the relaxation methods I sugested and I am going to add you as a friend so we may talk more on this.
blessed be

I'm not sure but do you think it is muscle pain in your back? Sometimes when I'm lying on my back at night the muscles are relaxing but it aches for a while until I go to sleep. I usually drink something called Natural Calm, a calming blend to help me sleep.
