now a day we are adating english to be our soul language..for all purpose it is sreading its hand.but there many country like china or else where official works are even done with mother language.so my point is 'is it necessary to learn and speak english'?

If you want to make it in the international scene, or work in a multi-national company, chances are, you need to learn English. Not only that - speaking or writing rudimentary-level English no longer suffices. You need to be pretty good at the language in order not to be laughed at.
