Teenagers and Illegal drugs

I was watching CNN today and they had an interview with the teen that let the toddler smoke pot with him. In his statement he has said he was sorry for what this had done to his sister and family. But before he said that he said that the toddler was going to do it anyway and it wasnt like he gave him alchol or anything. I am not even a parent and this enrages me. I dont think that an appology is enough for this. And he obviously doesnt have his priorities straight. It seems to me that he sees this as being ok to do. Is this the message that the public today is sending out to our youth? Should the toddler and his sibling be allowed to be sent back to their mother that was sleeping in another room while this happened? Oh she is the sister to the teen that has done this.

yeah i also seen that news on CTV and yes it is horrible thing happeend though... and this is the only case which brought up to media may be there were thousand of cases which are not confronted yet.

Yes I am sure that there are thousands out there. I am kinda curious to see if any of them surface not that one has been put out in the open.
