In order to make decent money here, what do you need to do?

I have been here for a little while.. Not that long, and I am wondering, what exactly do you need to do to make more than change here? Any suggestions would help.. Thank you.

You need to comment and post a lot. Make sure they are quality comments and posts. Also referrals can help if you get some active ones. When you put a post up and people comment make sure you respond to their comments.

As you can see I haven't posted to many times. Some people have told me that they have posted 200 times in a day and still havent made the 10.00 pay out.. Is that true?

You need to have lots ofpeople to refer, and for them to post on here lots. You CAN'T make lots of money on here

So referring is the way? I am not into getting people to join. I just want to write and make decent money doing it.
