As far as concerned to the world we are all living beings...
And we oppose the dicrimination on the basis of religion , race , caste, social status etc
Then why almost all have a feeling of discrimination on the basis of Nationality???
For example...the rate of petrol in many countries. In Malysia And Pakistan rate is very low . and in very neigbourin country of Pakistan ie India Its very high almost 2 & Half bigger

Discrimpination on the basis of nationality has been going on since people first began separating themselves from each other forming their own communities. It is the same as racial discrimination though racial can be broader based with in the "colors"
I don't consider myself white, I am a palish pasty pinkish white, and if we say that there are people who have an Olive complextion really? So are they green or purplish or black?
I personally have never meet a green person I would think it would be interesting though.
I know my grandmother is considered read, but I think her complextion was more of a copper brown, and my cousin is supposed to be yellow because his mom is Korean, but I don't think so I have seen a lemon, I know what yellow looks like and my cousin does not look that way at all.
Unfortunately there are poeple and yes goverments who will discriminate.
I do not know if the cost of petrol in India is due to this or not.
I mean I can drive an hour and half north of where I live and pay 20 to 30 cents more per gallon, I can drive west or south and pay even more than that.
Heck I drove half hour from where I lived and the gas was 10 cents a gallon cheaper.
I am not sure how petrol or gasoline prices are determined, by the countries of origin, but think discrimination is even broader based than that.
unfortunately in this country with as many diverse groups of people, from various countries, there are that many who are tolerant and that many who are bigoted, and will discriminate.
I worked for a man who wouldn't hire a woman because she had a german sounding last name, as it turns out she her husbands grandfather was Swiss, not German, and it was her husbands last name not hers. But because he saw the german sounding last name he wouldn't give her the job.
It stinks it is lousy. It exists, the one thing you can do about discrimination, is voice that it stinks that it is wrong, and do what you can to not promote such feelings within yourself and others.
No discrimination for any reason is not right.
When people ask me what I am I usually answer HUMAN
When pushed I will say MUTT, yes just like a mutt dog of mixed breed, I am of mixed heritage.
Every child every one who has family, relatives of mixed heritage should take a look, hmm since they are mixed, I guess it shows that we really are all the same.
I was lucky enough to group up with the four racial groups in my family and most countries with a few still yet to go but hey give us time, we have only been mixing things up for a few generations now.
prejudice is prejudging, but prejudging in a very negative way.
We all label people, we label ourselves.
We call ourselves by the groups we identify with. And we use as descriptions, of others those physical characteristics, that we label them with.
So in that sense we are all racist, but it is how we use thoses identifiers that determines who we are and how we treat others.
It is going to take a long time before we can see someone who is different and just find the beauty in their differences rather than the need to push them away.
I actually enjoy annoying a bigot with a tan in the summer time, I will complement them on their tan, ask if they went to tannin salon, or beach, whatever.
I then ask if you don't like people with darker skin why are you trying to look them, maybe you are just jealous of the warm skin tones.
