You should have received an email from eBay telling you why you have been suspended and what you need to do to put it right. Check your mails to see if you have forgotten to pay your fees perhaps, alternatively you can log into eBays question and answer community and ask the experts there

You need to contact Ebay and figure out why it was suspended. My mother in law's account was suspended because someone tried to access it and bid with it that was not authorized. If you go to Ebay you will find a link to contact them. that is the first thing that you will need to do. You should be able to get live help immediatly. I hope this helps.
